Patrick D. Lydon, with Sutter, Summers & Lydon, P.C. since 1973 has been the owner of the firm since 1995.  

Over the last seventeen years of General Law Practice he's been directing his practice toward and currently focuses on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law. 

Pat makes presentations to business groups, civic clubs and other gatherings on the advantages and benefits estate planning.  He designs workshops for those who feel ready to benefit from provisions in the related areas of law and legal services. He works with you to develop your vision of your Will, speaks to your desire to protect your assets and illuminates your choices and their impact. Clients with financial planning can add planning with Pat to augment results upon transferring assets in line with any goals toward reducing or eliminating taxes on those assets. You maintain direction and control. 

Pat is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, has been in private general law practice for over thirty-eight years.  He is admitted to practice in all courts of New York State, the Federal District Court of the Western District, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Professional Performance Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association.

A former deputy Attorney for the Town of Webster, Pat also is a former attorney for the Village of Webster.  Pat is Secretary of the Webster Village Business Improvement Management Association, Inc. and a member of the Webster Rural Cemetery Board.

Holding a BA in English from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, Pat received his Juris Doctor Degree cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 1973.

A thirty-nine year resident of the Town of Webster, he has also previously served as a member and chairman of the Bayview YMCA Board of Management and a member of the Webster Montessori School Board.

Pat lives in Webster with his wife of forty-one years.  He has three grown daughters and three granddaughters.
