Patrick D. Lydon, with Sutter, Summers & Lydon, P.C. since 1973 has been the owner of the firm since 1995.
Since 1995 he has been focusing his practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Asset Protection, Medicaid eligibility and Elder Law.

Pat makes presentations to business groups, civic clubs and other gatherings on the benefits of estate planning. He conducts free workshops for those who want to learn how to define their goals and how to design a plan that will accomplish them. He works with you to develop your vision for a plan to protect your assets from creditors and predators but still leaves you and your beneficiaries with control of those protected assets. Clients with financial planning can add estate planning with Pat to enhance the benefits to themselves and their loved ones. You maintain direction, protection and control and pass on to your beneficiaries personal values that you want to promote.
Pat is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, has been in private general law practice for over forty-four years. He is admitted to practice in all courts of New York State, the Federal District Court of the Western District, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Professional Performance Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association.
A forty-four year resident of the Town of Webster, he has also previously served as a member and chairman of the Bayview YMCA Board of Management and a member of the Webster Montessori School Board and is a member of the Webster Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
